Welcome to the World of Mike Federali!
Writer. Producer. Showrunner. Convention Promoter. Professional Geek.
You’ve reached the official website of Mike Federali, a comic book writer, producer, and President of Incredible Conventions. This site is currently under construction, but there’s plenty to explore in the meantime!
The Writer
Mike has spent years bringing stories, characters, and larger-than-life adventures to the comic book page. His writing credits include Felix the Cat, Go Beezerk, and a growing collection of independent comics featuring everything from classic characters to original superheroes and strange new worlds.
With a passion for storytelling, classic comic book history, and giving forgotten characters new life, Mike continues to develop new projects while collaborating with artists and creators throughout the comic book industry.
You can check out his published work, upcoming projects, and original creations right here on the site!
The Convention Guy
As President of Incredible Conventions, Mike is the driving force behind a growing lineup of comic book conventions, anime events, and collector shows throughout Virginia and beyond.
His events include Tidewater Comicon, Hampton Comicon, Fairfax Comic Con, Fredericksburg Comic Con, Shenandoah Comic Con, Superstar Anime, and more.
What started as a passion for comic books and pop culture has grown into a network of events bringing together thousands of fans, comic creators, celebrities, artists, exhibitors, and collectors every year.
From booking special guests and producing large-scale events to developing new experiences for fans, Mike remains hands-on in bringing these conventions to life.
And There’s Always Something New…
Whether it’s writing the next comic, developing an original property, producing a convention, or dreaming up something completely different, Mike always has another project in the works.
This website will eventually serve as a home for all of it: published comics, upcoming projects, convention news, behind-the-scenes updates, and whatever else comes next.
In the meantime, take a look around, check out some comics, and see what Mike’s been up to!
Owl Girl announced in New York’s Time Square! One of many highlights from my NYCC trip.
I was a special guest on a New York Comic Con Panel along with Matthew Medney of Heavy Metal, Ben Arlon of Curio, Artist Gideon Kendall, Erika Alexander (Concrete Park) and host Rob Salkowitz.
